"Very Helpful"
Scriba Electric was very helpful when we recently sustained damage to our electrical mast in a windstorm. I called several local electricians, most of whom never even called me back, but Scriba responded promptly and told me when I could expect a technician to be available. The technician was very thorough in gathering information on our problem and arrived on time with everything he needed to make the repair. He stayed in touch through the afternoon to verify that National Grid was able to hook our power back up. When there was an issue with the documentation of the inspection of the repair, he was very responsive and quickly got the linemen the information they needed. Scriba Electric will definitely be our first choice next time we need an electrician!
